The Finished Product

I finished my Easter dresses on time! Unfortunately it didn't matter either way.  Somehow (eating three pounds of candy over the weekend?!) Bee managed to be too fat for hers, and Addie's dress, a gift from a friend, managed to be too small for her (though the bolero jacket fit perfectly...).

Bee modeled her dress on Saturday (pre-buttons and hem) though she wasn't happy about it...

Check out my very first petal sleeve! I didn't even google how to make one...pretty proud of myself...

And then the bolero jacket for Addie, which I'll have to get a picture of over a different dress...but she sleeps a lot and I'm not waking her up just to model it for you...

Making the pattern for this was ridiculously easy and I'm working on a pattern in every size so she can keep wearing them over sleeveless dresses as she gets bigger.  Maybe I'll do a tutorial...?

And just because it was Easter and because it was happy, I'll show you Brooklyn's Easter basket, whipped up the night before because otherwise her basket would have been a cardboard box or something...
