Repurposing-House Dress to ...

...well...a dress that actually looks good...for Brooklyn, of course!

Also, the morning was spent trying to figure out how to make shorts for Brooklyn without a pattern...and the results are in!

I'm hoping to get to making a top to go with it soon, out of this fabric.  What do you think?

Oh, and as for my yo-yo count: 23...4 1/2% of the way to my quilt top...
