She then proceeded to tell me that, unfortunately, I had missed the sale.
Fortunately, she'd picked up some wonderful little girl patterns for me! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Maybe now I can make some things that are even cuter, and spend way less time because I didn't have to develop the pattern myself first by trial and error...
Like on this outfit:
I love the color. I love the way it turned out. I love the shirring, and I'm hooked on elastic thread for life!
I also love my little model who quickly rejected my poses for her and threw in some of her own.
I did not love the many tries and fabric used to make the previous ones that did NOT turn out so well...
But now I have patterns! More Brooklyn outfits coming soon!
I know each and every post I make is the same, but WOW! I love the color...purple is my favorite. Could you make this for me in my size? Brooklyn and I could wear our matching dresses on the same day and really creep out the ward---HAHAHA!
ReplyDeleteI really want to come learn some (all) of what you do. I have to shadow a dental hygienist but when my schedule opens up, I really am going to hang out with you...if that's ok.
